Monica Ureno – Miranda Law Group:

2Y8A0092[1]Monica will welcome you to the Miranda Magden home, and brighten your day in the process.  Born in New Mexico, Monica is proud to serve her community members here in Monterey County. Monica has over 15 years of experience in professional services. Each and every time, she treats Miranda, Magden & Miranda clients with the utmost dignity and respect as they face the legal challenges ahead. Monica would tell you she loves to be busy and wants to be a part of your path to better days. To relax, Monica enjoys theme parks, taking her daughters to gymnastics, and going to the movies.

Monica is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Laura Lopez – Miranda Law Group:


Laura brings the tremendous asset of over 30 years of paralegal experience in the field of family law to each client we serve. Born in Mexico and raised in Salinas, Laura completed her AAS/Certification in Business, received an AA Degree in prelaw course work from Hartnell College, and is a registered Legal Document Assistant. Laura’s past work experience also includes a staff position at the Monterey County Superior Court prior to joining the team at Miranda, Magden & Miranda. Laura’s expertise and diligent efforts benefit our clients in every stage of their case.

Laura is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Ingrid Morales – Miranda Law Group:

Ingrid shotIngrid applies compassion into every client-based project, collaborating with clients to help them make their strongest case. Working primarily in immigration law, Ingrid has proven to have the right touch and a deliberate, intensive work ethic. Ingrid graduated from San Francisco State University with a BA in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. She acquired her Associate’s Degree in in Paralegal Studies at Heald College prior to joining the legal team at Miranda, Magden & Miranda.  Ingrid enjoys the beach, going to the park, and visiting the library.

Ingrid is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Deysi Soto – Miranda Law Group:

2Y8A0051[1]Deysi was born in Michoacan, Mexico, and raised in the Salinas Valley from the age of six. She graduated from Alisal High School and acquired her AS in Science in Administration of Justice FT at Hartnell. She has several years of experience delivering sharp, pragmatic paralegal support, specifically in the area of Family Law.  Before joining Miranda, Magden & Miranda, Deysi worked as a Case Manager providing direct services for people with disabilities. She was also a Youth Mentor at the Silver Star Youth Program at Rancho Cielo.

Deysi is bilingual in English and Spanish.


About her work:  “Helping others has always been something I’ve loved doing, and I will continue to do so until I can no longer.”
