I was in need of a family law attorney for my QUODRO/401K plan that had been addressed/finalized over 13 years ago. My “X” was now taking me back to the court stating he did not receive his 1/2 of my 401K.

Searching for the right Family Law Attorney was the ultimate goal for myself and my children and upon researching on the internet I stumbled upon 3 in the Salinas area that seemed to have what I was looking for.

I hesitantly called for a consultation with 3 different attorneys, booked them all in one day and patiently waited for the day to come. Levi’s office was the 2nd appointment I had for the day and after the initial consultation with Levi, I canceled my appointment with the last attorney.  I knew Levi was the right person to advocate for me and my children to protect my rights as a parent and also the rights of my kids.

Nonchalant, no BS, straight to the point with all options explained.  That’s what you will receive each and every time you deal with Levi.  One of the paralegals in the office, Laura, is a gem! She is extremely efficient, trustworthy, but also firm and straight to the point.  No T is uncrossed and all bases are covered.

The whole legal process is and can be extremely stressful, with sleepless nights and endless tears. Being an extremely passive, non-confrontational person, they walked me through the legal process with my head held high and without their support (and the support of my family) I don’t know what would have happened thus far. They are easy to get a hold of, prompt with their callbacks and all documents can be viewed on their clouded electronic practice management program — very similar to electronic medical records that most of the hospitals and doctors’ offices use for paperwork, charts, lab work, etc.

Although this is only the beginning of my particular case, I know and trust Levi and his staff 100%.  They are well known in the legal community and well versed in Family Law.  This is what you need, this office will get things done for the benefit of the children as well as yourself. In fact, on my particular court day Levi had multiple cases to represent and the Judge praised Levi on a job well done and that all cases ( in a perfect world ) should end the way this one did.  In all honesty, I’m almost positive other attorneys would feel a bit intimidated to have Levi representing against them.
